About Chef Nico

Nico is a Sonoma/Bay Area native, with Korean and mexican immigrant lineage. She grew up eating foods that were bold, spicy, sour, and powerful. These foods have informed her palette and flavors that inspire culinary aesthetic. She has worked in the restaurant industry since 16 and food consistently drives her curiosity and creativity. The vastness of food, its nuance, and its history make it an endless learning curve.
